What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, optional Instagram handle and any order notes. This is needed to process, ship and support your order.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, send order updates and tracking, answer your questions, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), our fulfillment and shipping partners (only the details needed to deliver your order), and our hosting provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and local storage

Essential: your cart is saved in your browser so it survives a refresh, and secure cookies are used by Stripe during payment to prevent fraud. These are required for the store to work.

Optional: with your permission we may use analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can accept or decline in the cookie banner, and change your choice any time by clearing your browser's site data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for shipping, warranty claims, accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing armed.world@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, CCPA or PIPEDA) you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
