Returns & Warranty

Every piece is made and shipped to order, so all sales are final. If something arrives wrong or breaks, we've got you.
All sales final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or style. Please check your size and details before ordering.
30-day defect warranty
If your piece has a manufacturing defect (broken clasp, loose or missing stone, broken link) within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, damage from misuse, loss or theft.
Wrong or damaged on arrival
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement.
How to make a claim
Email armed.world@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. We reply fast.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship. Email us as soon as possible.
